From a Survey of the systems installed and with the discussions with the Client we can derive the need for either reactive maintenance and planned maintenance. In some cases Clients have their own maintenance teams to deal with the day to day affairs. Yet these people may not be sufficiently qualified to carry out some of the more serious tasks involved. This is where reactive maintenance can be useful.
