On the left we can see pin hole leaks under pressure from the header legs to the coil.
On the right we can see a confined space our Engineers frequently find themselves in conducting minor repairs to coils.
Both to the left and right can be seen splits in Return Bends and matrix tube.
This is usually due to the Coil freezing up. The resultant cause can be that the coil has been exposed to harsh weather conditions without an anti freeze included within the fluid medium. Or the coil has been placed too close to a refrigeration coil with the circulating water turned off.
Above can be seen a pressure water leak. Common causes can be corrosion, Over pressure in the system or the coils at some time has frozen up causing premature copper bend failure or joint failure
