In a lot of cases replacement of the installed unit will be the most cost effective solution to your problem. Repairs & re-coring can in some cases rectify the fault, however the repair may be short lived as a weakness elsewhere in the core may develop the same problem.
Replacement can take two separate paths. The first being simple replacement of the matrix core to the unit providing it conforms to industry standards in today’s market. Or secondly replacing the complete unit inclusive of the casework as a complete package.
The first path would involve Hot Works on site with testing on completion by on-site methods. The second would consist of manufacture of the unit to the relevant specification within our Factory, Testing under Water with Dry Nitrogen and supplied as a complete package for installation as a direct replacement.
